Paleo & Clean Eating

Anyone who knows my lifestyle knows I've moved to more a Paleo Diet in my every day life.  The Paleo diet basically consists of things a caveman would be able to find and eat.  Meats & seafood, eggs, vegetables, nuts, seeds, fruit and healthy fats.  It's nutrition at it's most basic and best concept.  This food lifestyle supports the way humans are supposed to get their nutrients from.  We weren't created to eat sugars and starches or processed foods, but this is what the world has become.  As a human race, we need to be more self-reliant in our kitchens.  Take back what packaged foods have taken away from you.  Eat whole foods - foods as close to their natural state as possible - that would also be defined as clean eating. 

Clean Eating is different than Paleo in the fact that it allows you to eat high-quality whole-grain rich breads and pastas, but the thoughts remain the same.  Eating whole foods.  There is a lot of self-research that needs to be done if either of these ways of life interest you.  Both are great ways to nourish your bodies.  Do your own research and decide what's best for you!
